This Sales Policy outlines the terms and procedures governing the purchase, quotation, and fulfillment of industrial, agricultural, water treatment, and mining chemical supplies from Eco Bio Chemicals.

By requesting quotations, placing orders, or engaging in commercial transactions with our enterprise, you agree to adhere to the sales terms set forth below.

2. Quotations and Pricing Validity

Pro-Forma Quotations: All formal quotations and pro-forma invoices issued by Eco Bio Chemicals remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Price Fluctuations: Due to the volatile nature of global heavy metal markets and chemical raw material costs, prices are subject to change after the 14-day validity period.
Taxes and Duties: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all quoted prices are subject to South African Value-Added Tax (VAT) and applicable local duties.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

Commercial Accounts: Our sales operations cater strictly to business-to-business (B2B) clients, industrial operators, agricultural enterprises, and mining entities.
Order Confirmation: Orders are formally accepted and processed only after receipt of a confirmed purchase order, verified payment (or approved credit facility terms), and confirmation of compliance documentation.
Right to Refuse: Eco Bio Chemicals reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if regulatory compliance cannot be verified, if the delivery destination lacks proper hazardous handling infrastructure, or due to product availability constraints.

4. Product Quality and Traceability

Certificates of Analysis (CoA): Every chemical batch supplied is accompanied by verifiable quality control data and lot traceability in accordance with our rigorous industry standards.
Compliance Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased chemical agents align with their intended industrial application and that their facilities comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations (such as OSHA and Minamata Convention guidelines).

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Order Changes: Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted in writing immediately. Modifications can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered packaging compliance processing or dispatch routing.
Custom Formulations: Orders involving specialized packaging, custom blending, or certified hazardous transport preparations (such as UN2809 compliant flasks) cannot be canceled once processing has commenced.

6. Returns and Claims

Inspection Upon Delivery: Clients must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Return Conditions: Returns are strictly limited to products that deviate from the provided Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or arrive damaged due to logistics failure. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
