Welcome to EcoBio Chemicals. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, digital catalog, and the procurement of our industrial, agricultural, water treatment, and mining chemical supplies.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our B2B services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Payment Policy. 2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Procurement

  • Commercial Use: Our products and services are intended strictly for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and professional enterprise use, and not for personal, family, or household consumption.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, business details, and any activities conducted under your corporate profile.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders and formal quotations submitted through our platform are subject to product availability, regulatory compliance verification, and formal acceptance by EcoBio Chemicals.

3. Product Specifications and Compliance

  • Certificates of Analysis (CoA): We supply high-grade industrial chemicals backed by verifiable quality control documentation and lot traceability.

  • Safe Handling and Compliance: Due to the hazardous nature of certain industrial compounds (such as UN-certified heavy metals and corrosive agents), purchasers and chemical handlers are solely responsible for ensuring that their facilities comply with all local and international safety mandates, including OSHA standards, the Minamata Convention regulations, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.

  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Clients must review all relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) prior to utilizing, storing, or transporting any chemical products purchased from us.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Currency and Taxes: All prices and transactions are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to applicable Value-Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Obligations: Payments must be executed in accordance with our Payment Policy. Orders will not be dispatched until funds are cleared, unless a formal credit facility has been pre-approved by Eco Bio Chemicals.

5. Shipping, Logistics, and Risk

  • Delivery and Transport: We coordinate the delivery of chemical supplies using certified logistics and packaging protocols (including compliant flask and container standards). Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery or upon handover to the designated freight carrier.

  • Inspection: Clients must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and report any discrepancies, damage, or analytical deviations in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • EcoBio Chemicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the misuse, improper storage, or incorrect handling of chemical products.

  • Our total aggregate liability for any direct claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
